Health is our natural state of being. In a consultation I look with you where your main imbalance is and how we can adjust your way of eating and lifestyle in order to create the balance again.

Food will be essential here. Whether you need a nourishing or a healing diet will be a very individual thing. We will look at the emotional issues you are carrying that hinder you from eating well.For some people I work with an 8-step program, for others we dive immediately into ‘bigger’ changes. Changing food habits and lifestyle (work, patterns, looking after yourself, breathing, exercise) will bring up lots of emotions. You will be guided during the consultation and afterwards through your physical and emotional healing process. Looking at your food will heal and help you heal emotionally (fear, anger, sadness) and vice versa.

Because we are what we eat, we will develop your eating habits to who you want to become. Time for big, real changing!
